What is YCEP?

YCEP stands for Your Canadian Education Partners.

We are an organization that provides unbiased consultation, educational placement, support entrance, and enrollment to immigrants who want to upgrade, transition careers, and/or go back to school.

Are you registered?

Yes, YCEP is a federally registered company in Canada and is also a BBB-approved company. We comply with all applicable regulations and standards for educational programs, ensuring a high level of credibility and trust. Our registration and BBB accreditation demonstrate our commitment to providing quality educational services while upholding integrity and customer satisfaction. We operate in full accordance with the laws and guidelines set by the Canadian government, offering reliable and accredited services to students across the country.

What is the application process like?

The application process for YCEP is simple and straightforward. Here’s a general overview:
Initial Inquiry: Reach out to us through our website or contact details to express your interest in enrolling in one of our programs. You can also ask questions about the programs available, eligibility, and requirements.
Submit Required Documents: Along with your application, you will need to submit the necessary documents, such as a valid ID, proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent residency, and any educational documents, such as a high school diploma or transcripts. Additional documents may be required depending on the program.
Program Enrollment: Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an enrollment confirmation with the next steps. At this point, you can also discuss funding options or grants if applicable.
Start the Program: After completing the necessary paperwork, you will receive your course schedule and begin your learning journey. We’ll provide you with the tools and support you need for success.
Throughout the process, we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Our goal is to make your enrollment as smooth and efficient as possible. If you have any questions, our team is always available to guide you.

Who can apply through YCEP?

YCEP assists permanent residents and Canadian citizens nationwide who are looking to enhance their skills or shift to a new industry but face challenges attending traditional classes due to work or personal responsibilities.

Yes, we can assist you in applying for Student Funding Aid to see the available funding and grants.

Yes, we have modular classes.  YCEP- offers modular; online classes, instructor-led, and self-paced, depending on the program.

Do you have scholarships?

Various scholarships are available, depending on the program you enroll in.

Do you assist in looking for a job?

YCEP partners with various hiring organizations to help connect our graduates with employment opportunities. However, we do not guarantee job placement.

Is this free?

The programs are NOT free. However, we offer assistance with the application process for student aid funding to help you with the financial support needed.

What are the requirements?

The requirements vary depending on the program, but the basic requirements typically include:
-Permanent resident or Canadian citizen
-Valid government-issued ID
-Transcripts of records (TOR) from previous education, if applicable
-Proof of residency (for specific regions, if applicable)
-Entrance exam or assessment (depending on the program)
-Application form completed with personal and academic details

How long do the programs typically take to complete?

The duration of our programs varies depending on the specific program you choose. On average, our programs can take anywhere from a few months to a year to complete.

Yes, you can work while studying! Our programs are designed to be flexible, with modular classes that allow you to complete coursework on your own schedule. This means you can balance work and studies, fitting learning around your job and personal life

How flexible are the class schedules?

Schedules depend on the program you're enrolled in, but we aim to provide options that accommodate your personal and professional commitments.

Are evening or weekend classes available?

Yes, we offer evening and weekend classes for select programs to support students with busy schedules.

Can I study at my own pace?

Some programs include self-paced options to provide maximum flexibility, allowing you to balance learning with other responsibilities

What is the student aid funding?

Student aid funding includes both grants and loans to help cover your educational expenses. The amount of funding you may receive depends on your individual application and eligibility. Since each case is different, the exact amount cannot be determined until we submit the application. We’ll assist you throughout the process to ensure you apply for the best possible funding available to you.

Canada & Provincial Student Grants and Loans 

The Canada Student Financial Assistance Program offers grants and loans to full-time and part-time students to help pay for their post-secondary education. Apply with 1 application, through your province or territory of residence. You don't need to pay back grants. You do need to pay back loans after finishing school. You may be eligible for more than 1 type of grant - when you apply with your province, they will assess your eligibility for all grants .
